Okay so I broke ...

Its now 8:07PM ... yea thats it I broke ... though I will be reasonable ... gonna smoke at max three this eve ... then tom morn i wont at all until i come home in the evening ... amazing how work keeps you busy enough to not want to smoke at all ... then I come home and first person on TV and the cravings hit ;)
